I am Cynthia Jolly — chef, artist and lifelong explorer of global tastes. Raised in New York City’s vibrant mosaic of cultures, I have spent my career in passionate pursuit of flavors — not just food, but the memories, emotions, and traditions each dish invites us to share.

For over a decade, I shared these discoveries through my first culinary venture, where global dishes simmered for hours and elevated a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit into an international experience.

Today, at Jolie Carré — French for "pretty square" and a nod to my last name — I continue that journey through handcrafted chocolates. Each square is inspired by the sweets, spices, and sensations I came to love back home and across my travels. Every bite is a celebration: a nod to heritage, a whisper of nostalgia, and a taste of places both near and far.
